Horses, as you've guessed are in my heart forever and always. This past year my best friend proposed an idea that has very strong merit with both of us and in which we currently building the foundation of a horse rescue and not just any rescue, but one where we rescue foundered horses and rehabilitate them naturally through a healthy, natural, horse friendly diet and environment to build happy healthy rock crushing horse hooves. A horse without a healthy hoof is no horse at all. While our dream is very much alive and ideas are rolling off our fingers, our impatient souls are itching to be already in the middle of helping 100s of horses and adopting them out to happy loving, caring homes. We've made some great progess to date, including building our website, establishing a presence on Facebook, and E-Bay, registering our rescue name, Amanda's Foundered Friends: Horse and Equine Rescue and attending our first board meeting!
