For instance, at my store where you can purchase any of my artworks that are available for sale. I utilize the secure services of PayPal and the types of personal information collected during ordering are:

Credit/Debit Card Information for completion of sale
In some cases, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's address. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are:

I will only use the information you provide during the ordering process to collect payment and shipping information. I will only use the information you provide to contact you directly upon your consent. I do not under any circumstances share your information to third parties, marketing firms, or other related entities. Any information shared about someone else is used strictly to ship product and confirm delivery of order. This information is not shared to outside parties with the exception necessary to complete and verify the order, such as shipping method.
Any email addresses provided are to simply answer the email received and such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, your information is only used with the expressed intent of completing a business transaction as it relates to Dayna Creations. I also provide you with the opportunity to opt out of any email or mailing notifications.

To further prevent unauthorized access, at the time of this notice, I utilize the secure and trusted services of PayPal. Anything outside of PayPal I have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected on DaynaCreations.com.
My Commitment to your Children's Privacy
A child's privacy is especially important to me. I never collect or maintain information on the website from those I know who are under the age of 13, and in no part to do I make any attempt to advertise to anyone under the age of 13.
